Best Bet Ascot r10 Baby Blues; Went enormous first up over unsuitable 1000m . Raced a bit flat 2nd up but still got the job done then freshened and another great win over 1200m when only getting out late and storming home. Has had 3 starts at 1400m for 2 wins and a 2nd. $9 is a great each way play for mine.

Ascot r5 Mervyn ; Ability wise not sure he is in my top 3. My top 3 are all first up however and over the 1000m he will find the front and try and run them into the ground. Massimo is clearly weighted to win. Odds on first up over 1000m? Willing to take him on at the price. Uni Time absolutely flies fresh .
