The Flock is heading to Albany this Thursday with a strong chance of landing our first double.
R3 No 2 Prize Pursuit ; We left Bunbury pretty flat after a lackluster run first up in Saturday 64+ grade. His trials leading in were good and his track gallops since have been solid so we are scratching our heads a bit. He is now 6 and it was a hot day so hopefully he just had an off day. At his best he would be up to this to his eyeballs and Albany is a great surface . Kohli looks hard to beat after racing in stronger races lately and is a proven weight carrier. Hard to tip Prize until we see a return to form but he should be very competitive in this grade.
R5 Frantic War ; All reports are he just loves life in the Great South . He’s last start win was very rewarding for all involved after a frustrating run of bad luck and little niggles. Up in class this time but drawn and weighted to go on with the job , hopefully the confidence will be sky high and sometimes that makes all the difference. He has been heavily backed in early markets , fingers crossed he proves those punters right.

Stable Update
Playing God 2yo filly Bella is about to resume work at the pre trainers. Always exciting when the ducklings are getting ready to race.
3yo Gelding Magnasonic is resting in the paddock after a great initial campaign resulting in a 2nd and dominant win. The fact he achieved this despite still being very immature is a very promising sign for the future.
